Ingredients
Ripe avocado
1 can of tuna
2 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Drain your tuna and mix it with the plain green yogurt. You can substitute mayo in here or even ranch dressing if you want. If you are feeling fancy you can add in some chopped celery and carrots for some extra color and flavor.
Slice your avocado in half and remove the pit.
Fill the center with your tuna mixture and sprinkle the top with salt and pepper.
Eat it with a spoon straight out of the avocado skin.
