  • 1½ cup frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup toppings (bacon, sausage, ham, green onions, peppers, etc.)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
Preparation
  1. Press the thawed hash brown shreds into the bottom of a pie pan to make a pie crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
  3. Add in the shredded cheese, toppings, shredded cheese, and season salt.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the crust.
  5. Bake at 375° for 35-30 minutes.
  6. Top with sour cream, salsa, and avocado if you want to give your breakfast a Mexican twist.
