5 Minute Breakfast Pie

- 1½ cup frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup toppings (bacon, sausage, ham, green onions, peppers, etc.)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- Press the thawed hash brown shreds into the bottom of a pie pan to make a pie crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
- Add in the shredded cheese, toppings, shredded cheese, and season salt.
- Pour the egg mixture into the crust.
- Bake at 375° for 35-30 minutes.
- Top with sour cream, salsa, and avocado if you want to give your breakfast a Mexican twist.
