This classic chicken salad recipe is so easy to make though that there's no reason to not make it more often! I threw this together (with a huge time saving tip) and my whole family loved it! This chicken salad is packed with grapes, celery, and cashews to give it a nice crunch and the flavor is AMAZING!

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, shredded
1 cup chopped celery
½ cup diced onion
1½ cup sliced grapes
1 cup cashews
1½ cup mayo
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Boil your chicken with some salt and a handful of diced onions for flavor.
Cook for 20-30 minutes until it's tender enough to shred with a fork.
Shred chicken in a mixer or by hand.
Add in the mayo, chopped celery, diced onion, sliced grapes, and cashews and mix well.
Salt and pepper to taste.
