Chocolate Protein Balls for an On-the-Go Breakfast

- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 banana
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 scoop Vega essentials shake (we used chocolate but you could easily use the vanilla to change things up a bit)
- Soak your chia seeds in water for about 10 minutes to soften them up just a bit.
- Drain the excess water and add the chia seeds with all the other ingredients into your mixer.
- Mix well.
- When all the ingredients are combined, form them into balls and roll them around with your hands to smooth them out.
- Store these in the fridge.
