With 6 active kids, I’m doing my best to try and keep up with them. After having twins a few years ago though, I’m out of shape. I’m working on getting back to the point that I want to be, but in the meantime, I’m dealing with a lot of back pain when I get out there and play with my kids. I’ve been using Biofreeze® Professional Pain Reliever, a safe and effective pain relief alternative, to help me keep up with my kids and enjoy everything that I want to without worrying about being in pain afterwards.
Truthfully, I feel old after writing that first paragraph.
I’m in my late 30’s and definitely dealing with more aches and pains than I did before. I’m definitely not willing to let that slow me down. My kids are discovering all kinds of outdoor activities they love, like kayaking, camping, and hiking, and I want to be a part of all of it.
After my twins were born (and the 6 months of bedrest that helped them get here), my back muscles were non-existent. I spent so much time in a sleep-deprived fog that getting back in shape was honestly the last thing on my mind. Now that my twins are three, I’ve realized it is definitely time to get back in shape. For the last 6 months or so I’ve been dealing with some major back pain and I’m over it.
I tried just about everything to deal with it, and most of them only partially worked.
Then I discovered Biofreeze® Professional.
Biofreeze Professional gives you some serious pain relief without the use of NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), salicylates or addictive substances.
I love that the it comes in several applicator options. I generally use the continuous spray bottle and I love that it has 360 degree spray so I can spray it upside down and reach anywhere on my back that I need to.
Biofreeze Professional contains United States Pharmacopeia (USP) grade menthol that gives you a gentle tingling feeling and does wonders for back pain. I needed that after last weekend.
My kids convinced me to try paddle boarding for the first time.
I would have been content to splash around in the water with my little girls, but they convinced me. I’d always wanted to try it but I was sure I’d be dealing with back pain the next day if I overdid it. I’m so glad I did. It was so fun to be out in the water with my kids, and even though they were way more stable on their paddle boards than I was, they will remember that I got out there and played with them.
Somehow I managed to stay vertical and now I can check paddle boarding off my bucket list. I’m sure I’ll be back again because it was definitely fun.
I did have some back pain the next day, but fortunately, I had Biofreeze on hand and it knocked out my back pain almost immediately.
The spray is colorless and has a vanishing scent so you don’t smell like you have the full pharmacy rubbed all over you. It’s definitely the simplest solution I’ve found for pain relief.
I’d definitely recommend keeping some Biofreeze in your home first aid kit to tackle any aches and pains. Use the store locator here to see who carries Biofreeze near you. Biofreeze retail version can be found at your favorite retailer. Biofreeze Professional must be purchased through your hands-on healthcare professional.
