DIY Peppermint Lip Scrub - Includes FREE Printable Labels!

These DIY lip scrubs smell amazing. I love them with the peppermint but you could easily customize the recipe if you want a different variety. These turn out so cute in little tins with the printed labels (we have the printable label for you below).

I’ve been using these to exfoliate my lips and keep them nice and smooth.

DIY Lip Scrub Ingredients

Screw top tins (these are the ones I bought)
Avery 2 inch round labels (These are the ones that work with our printable. You can get them here.)
3 cups sugar
1 cup coconut oil
Peppermint oil (After trying tons of brands, these are the oils we like)

DIY Lip Scrub Instructions

Add your coconut oil to a bowl. If yours is completely solid you may want to warm it up slightly but this does not need to be in liquid form. Add one cup of sugar at a time and work it into the coconut oil.

It will look like a lot of sugar at first but it combines with the oil as you mix. Once you have all 3 cups of sugar mixed in, you can decide if you want to add a bit more. More sugar will stretch your lip scrub a bit but it won’t be quite as moist. You can use a bit of water when you use this if it ends up getting too dry.

Scoop about 2 Tbsp. in each little tin.

Print your labels onto Avery 2 inch road labels.

Top each tin with a printed label.
