How to Make Money with Shake
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Shake. All opinions are 100% mine.
Working from home as a freelancer means that you are constantly on the hunt for your next project. I have loved working as a blogger and content creator for the last 15 years because it gives me so much flexibility in terms of my work schedule and choosing my clients. Sometimes the process of finding new clients can be a huge drain on your time, though. Shake, a new platform from Izea is completely free for Creators and opens up some great options for possible brand deals and sponsorships as well as other paid freelance work for photographers or videographers.

Working full-time as a blogger, one of my biggest time sucks is negotiating sponsorship and working with clients on the back end. I love it, but it takes so much time out of my day. Shake does the bulk of the work for you by allowing you to create Shake listings on your terms for each of your offerings, such as sponsored social posts or photography..
Each Shake is free to list. Once listed, clients are able to browse through your offerings and portfolio work to determine whether they would like to purchase one of the Shakes you have listed.

I love that the control stays with the creator. you have full freedom to accept or deny any deals as well as determine the price, delivery timeline and more.
How Does Shake Work?

To create a Shake, you’ll first need to create an account at shake.izea.com.
Create a Shake and include as many details as possible. This is your chance to sell yourself.
It’s recommended that you create an individual Shake for each platform or service you want to offer.
Once your Shake is live, buyers have the option to purchase it and you’ll be given the option to accept or deny.
You set the delivery timeline when you created your Shake, so once sold, it’s up to you to deliver your content within the platform.
That’s it! I love the premise of the platform and I am hopeful that it will really take off because it is a great way for freelancers to connect directly with clients.
