Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion is now available to purchase. I’m currently testing out the plan myself and love the flexibility that this diet gives me to enjoy the foods that I love.

I’ve been trying out the Always Eat After 7PM eating plan and love the idea of a diet plan that works with my natural tendency to skip breakfast and want to snack late at night.
Always Eat After 7PM takes you through 3 phases: The Acceleration Phase, The Main Phase, and The Lifestyle Phase. Check out this interview with Joel Marion to learn more.
I’ve finished the Acceleration Phase, which was challenging but definitely doable, especially with meal plans laid out for you.
I loved that the meal plans were things that I could scale to feed my whole family. One of the things that has caused me not to have success with other diet plans is they either involve prepackaged meals for one or meals that the rest of my family won’t eat.
Either way I end up cooking two things for every meal which makes it really hard to stick to a plan. There have been times when I’ve resorted to quick and low-quality frozen food to feed the rest of my family because it is no fun to cook when you can’t enjoy the meal and the last thing I want is to improve my own health at the expense of my family.
The recipes included in the Always Eat After 7PM are delicious and ones that we’ll likely continue to make long-term.

My family loved the Cheesy Ground Beef Skillet and it was so much easier for me to be able to make a single meal that we could all enjoy.
The Easy-to-follow meal planning has made my life so much easier and has taken the task of menu planning off my plate.
In The Main Phase you are able to enjoy a cheat day if you are exercising (or a cheat meal if you are not). The idea of permanently giving up some of the foods that I love is tough, especially since so many social events are focused around food so I love that there is a bit of flexibility there.
