The Easiest Homemade Watermelon Lemonade

This homemade watermelon lemonade is so refreshing and is the perfect way to cool down during the summer. It only takes a few minutes to throw this together and it is perfect to serve for a crowd or keep in the fridge to have a sweet treat throughout the day.

One of my family’s favorite summer drink recipes is a watermelon smoothie. It really doesn’t get much. better than a fresh watermelon in a glass.

Only one thing can improve on a watermelon smoothie and that’s homemade Watermelon Lemonade!

This watermelon lemonade is so easy to make and if you have some good tools, really doesn’t take much time.

What do you need to make homemade lemonade?

Homemade lemonade really is easy to make … I promise. You will need some tools to speed up the process. This tastes so much better with fresh lemon juice so don’t cut any corners there.

I use two things to make homemade lemonade:

• A Citrus Juicer
• A good blender

You have a few choices when it comes to citrus juicers. I find the easiest is just a basic manual juicer because the clean-up is so much easier. I have this little Oxo 2-in-1 Citrus Juicer. It’s a little on the small size but I love that it’s easy to store and it’s super quick to clean up. If you want something bigger, this juicer holds more at one time. I’ve also used a citrus squeezer like this in the past and like them but I find it is tiring when you are making lemonade.
