Tools to Simplify your Move

If you’ve been following our tweets you know that we just got through a move. The good news is, we all made it here in one piece, which was a bit of a concern since we were traveling with 3 kids, 3 cars, a truck, and a trailer. We tried to simplify the process as much as possible by packing ahead of time but moving is still a lot of work. I’m glad most of the heavy lifting is behind us now. I think every muscle in my body is sore but I’m really hoping I lost a few pounds in the process so I’m looking at it as an extended workout.

U-Haul helped us out on our move and they really are a much more affordable way to move since you’re doing most of the work yourself. One of the things that surprised me though was how much I fell in love with U-Haul’s boxes. They have a great design that makes it easy to fill each box without the box flaps getting in the way and their labeling system allows you to reuse the box multiple times without having to scribble out all the old writing on the box.
