Always Eat After 7?
This post is brought to you by our sponsor, “Always Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed below are my own.
Are you looking for a diet plan that is sustainable long-term? Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion gives a clear plan with 3 stages to help you see results quickly and maintain them long-term. This plan breaks some of the dieting myths you’ve come to believe and is a much more realistic approach to weight loss.

I have been struggling with my weight since my twins were born. It has been almost 6 years and not only have I not lost the baby weight, I’ve gained weight on top of what I gained during pregnancy.
To say that it is discouraging is the understatement of the century.
I carry all my weight in my belly area during pregnancy, and apparently, after too. I’ve been asked “when are you due?” hundreds of times over the last few years and it never hurts any less.
I’ve tried dozens of diets over the last few years but they are always either too restrictive to stick with long term or don’t work for my body.
I was intrigued when I heard about Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion now available to purchase. This new book pushes back against many common dieting myths that are making our lives unnecessarily hard.
Two major sticking points for me have always been the idea that you have to cut out most carbs in order to successfully lose weight and the almost universally accepted fact that you should not eat after dinner.
Is Low-Carb the only real weight loss option?
One of the biggest things I struggled with when I tried any strict low-carb plan was that my body genuinely feels better when I have good quality carbs. I pushed through the initial symptoms while I adjusted but was still left with major brain fog and fatigue.
Can you loose weight when you eat after 7 pm?

Not eating after 7 made sense to me, because I’ve heard it so often before, but it was a huge struggle. I have no appetite for the first part of the day and rarely eat breakfast but I get munchy later at night. Fortunately, Always Eat After 7 encourages intermittent fasting (so skipping breakfast is encouraged) and offers late-night snacking solutions that not only don’t stall your weight loss, they can actually help.
Apparently there have been no studies that prove eating after 7 hurts your weight loss but there are several that show eating later at night is helpful. This is game changing for me because giving into those late night cravings with a plan means I’ll make healthier choices and be much more likely to stick to the plan.
I’m jumping into this program with a lot of confidence. The science behind it makes sense to me and the book lays out some easy to follow menu plans that are easy enough to get my whole family on board with (which has also been a sticking point for me in the past). I’m really optimistic that I’ll see some progress with Always Eat After 7. I’m jumping into the Acceleration Phase which is the first phase of the program and decided to help you see progress right away.
