Bacon Ranch Popcorn

Bacon is pretty much the ultimate food. This Bacon Ranch Popcorn takes a fairly basic snack and turns it into an over-the-top treat that everyone will crave!
My family is made up of bacon lovers. We are firm believers that everything is better with bacon. Popcorn, while fantastic on its own, is amazing when you add in some bacon, cheese, and ranch flavoring.

When I pulled this out for my family, it turned into a feeding frenzy. My little twins (also passionate bacon fans) were filling up bowls of popcorn and shoving it their mouths as fast as they could in the hopes that they’d get some before their big siblings
This Bacon Ranch Popcorn would be perfect for a family movie night or as a snack while watching the big game (this is pretty much the ultimate tailgating food).
To really take this snack over the top, we used Wright® Brand Bacon that we found at our local Kroger store.

There are several varieties you can choose from:

We went with Applewood Smoked Bacon for this recipe but you could substitute in any variety that you’d like.
Bacon Ranch Popcorn Ingredients
- 1 lb. Applewood Smoked Wright Brand Bacon, cooked and crumbledÂ
- 4 cups of popcorn, popped
- 1 cup cheese, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Dry ranch dressing mix
Preparation
Pop your popcorn and set it aside.
Drizzle the melted butter on your popcorn and toss to combine.
Sprinkle the popcorn with the dry ranch dressing mix and stir gently until the popcorn is coated. Stir in the crumbled bacon and cheese cubes. Serve.
You can have an insanely addictive snack ready to go in just a few minutes!
