Are you having family and friends over for Game Day? Game Day = food in my house so we always make sure and stock up on plenty of snacks. This Buffalo Chicken Dip is a serious crowd pleaser and you won’t believe how easy it is to throw together!

I love dip so anytime we have friends over we have to serve some sort of dip. Game Day just screams buffalo chicken so when Albertsons asked me to try out this Buffalo Chicken Dip I jumped on it. This dip recipe is perfect to serve for a crowd of hungry football fans!
This dip is packed with flavor and so easy to make. It’s filling too! You could seriously make a meal out of this dip. My kids have a thing for spicy food so they love anything with hot sauce in it. I’m a fan of flavor but don’t like to overdo it on the heat. This dip is still perfect. The creamy combo of cream cheese and greek yogurt mellows out the hot sauce enough that it doesn’t overwhelm you but you still get a good punch of flavor. The nice thing about this is you can really adjust the heat level to fit what you want too so you can make it perfect for your people.
This can even be made ahead of time (which I love! I hate running around like a crazy person before guests come over). The leftovers taste just as good as this dip is when it’s first made!
Before I made this dip I had to make a quick trip to Albertson’s to grab a few ingredients. I had to make sure we had plenty of things to dip on hand too, after all, a dip is no good if you don’t have lots of stuff to go with it.

Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients

- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 8 ounces low-fat or fat-free cream cheese
- 1/3 – 2/3 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s®)
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt (such as Fage®)
Buffalo Chicken Dip Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350º.

In a medium bowl, combine your cream cheese, ranch packet, hot sauce, and Greek yogurt until it’s nice and smooth. You can microwave this for a few seconds if the cream cheese is a bit chunky.

Add in the shredded chicken and pour the whole thing in an 8×8 baking dish.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the dip is nice and hot.
Top with sliced green onions or crumbed blue cheese and serve hot. Yum!
Serve with celery sticks, bell pepper slices, cauliflower, sliced cucumbers, carrots, crackers, tortilla chips, or anything else that sounds good.
