Easy One-Pan Butter Chicken

You can serve this over cauliflower rice to make it KETO or serve it over rice for a great family meal. Whatever you choose, this recipe is delicious every time!

This One-Pan Butter Chicken is one of the easiest meals to throw together for dinner. My whole family loves this, which is rare with the couple of picky eaters I have in my bunch.

Butter Chicken Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1.5 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 Onion, diced
- 1.5 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: Cilantro, chopped

Butter Chicken Preparation
Combine the salt, pepper, turmeric, ground ginger, chili powder, and ground cinnamon. Toss the chicken pieces with the spice mix and coat well.
Add butter to a med-high pan and, once melted, toss in the diced onion and chopped garlic. Cook until fragrant (2-3 minutes) then add in the chicken.
Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes, or until cooked through.
Once the chicken is cooked, slowly pour in the heavy cream and tomato paste.
Stir well to combine. Turn heat down to low and cover.
Cook for 5-6 minutes then top with chopped cilantro and serve over rice or cauliflower rice (this is the easiest method to make cauliflower rice).
