The Buy Two Get One book sale at Amazon is my favorite sale of the year! You can get some amazing books for the whole family. I always use this promotion to stock up on books for gifts throughout the year. Here are some of our favorite finds in the Amazon book sale.

My favorite way to take advantage of the Amazon Buy 2 Get 1 Book sale is to buy box sets. This is such a great value and I always try to gift box sets of books for Christmas. That’s been one of the things I’ve done that has really worked to get my kids excited about reading.

There are so many great book series included in this sale. Just search “box set” to see all of them. It’s a great way to find holiday gifts.

• Percy Jackson and the Olympians – This was a favorite with my boys when they were younger and I’ve been excited to introduce my girls to it. Definitely wrapping this up this holiday season.
• Magic Tree House – This series has been a favorite of all my kids as they’ve learned how to read. This series incorporates fun history and science facts and is perfect for early readers.
• The Lord of the Rings – This is a classic and should be on every bookshelf.
• Anne of Green Gables – Must Read. 10/10. Obv.
• Shadow and Bone Trilogy – This is a Netflix series that is a bit slow to get into but we loved it once we got through the first bit. I’m excited to read the books now that I know how much we enjoyed the series.
• The Maze Runner – This was a fun series and I really enjoyed it. If you liked The Hunger Games, you’ll love this.
• The Land of Stories – I’ve heard amazing things about this series and it’s one that is going to find its way under our Christmas tree this year.
• Warriors – My boys LOVED this series when they were tweens. It’s still one they talk about years later.
• Junie B. Jones – This is one of my favorite series for young readers. The humor in this is funny enough that you’ll laugh out loud but it is easy enough for even early readers.
• Divergent – This is definitely a series you can lose yourself in. A great escapist read.
• Fablehaven – This is truely one of my favorite YA fantasy series. If you enjoyed Harry Potter (and who didn’t) this is the next best thing to read.
• How to Train Your Dragon – We snagged this set that last time Amazon ran their buy 2 get 1 sale and this has singlehandedly convinced my daughter that reading is fun.
• The Inheritance Cycle – This is one that my whole family has loved and the movie definitely didn’t do it justice.

I love to read so I’m always looking for a way to stock up on books without breaking my budget. The buy two, get one sale at Amazon runs several times a year and they always have some great books available. This is a great way to save on books for yourselves or to give as gifts.

• The Whole-Brain Child: 12 Revolutionary Strategies to Nurture Your Child’s Developing Mind – This book is literally sitting on my desk waiting to be read. I need to make some time to read it because I’ve heard amazing things about it.
• Feeding the Soul (Because It’s My Business): Finding Our Way to Joy, Love, and Freedom – This is another one that’s one my wish-list. I deal with autoimmune issues and I love hearing stories of people who succeed in spite of them.
• The 5 Love Languages: The Secret to Love that Lasts – This is a classic and one that everyone should read if you haven’t already.
• Forgiving What You Can’t Forget: Discover How to Move On, Make Peace with Painful Memories, and Create a Life That’s Beautiful Again – I’ve heard amazing things about this book and it’s one that I’m adding to my to-be-read list.
• The Road Back to You: An Enneagram Journey to Self-Discovery
• The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse – This book could pass as a kids’ book but it has so many fantastic life lessons in it that I have my own copy. The book itself is beautiful too. I’d highly recommend it.
• Maid: Hard Work, Low Pay, and a Mother’s Will to Survive – This book looks amazing. It’s one I’m snagging for myself.
• Untamed – Fabulous read. Definitely one to add to your bookshelf.
• A Long Walk to Water – This is a true story and definitely a heavier read but so eye-opening.
