I started making this cottage cheese dip years ago and still love it so much.

We used to routinely serve this when we had people over for game night or anything else and it was always a hit.

I sometimes have a hard time finding higher protein snacks that I want to eat during the day so having this on hand is a great way to feel like you are snacking on something a bit indulgent while still getting the nutrition that you need.

I know that not everyone is a huge cottage cheese fan. I happen to love it already, but this dip is usually enjoyed whether or not someone typically likes cottage cheese so it’s worth trying even if cottage cheese typically isn’t your thing.

Combine 2 cups of cottage cheese with 1 tsp of dry Italian dressing mix.

Note: The proportions in this are personal preference and can vary a bit depending on the Italian dressing mix you use. Add a little bit and then adjust it to taste.

If you prefer a smooth dip you can blend this in your blender for a few seconds. I typically leave it as-is because I like the texture but I know cottage cheese isn’t everyone’s favorite.
