Creamy Peanut Butter Dip
I LOVE fruit dip but most of the fruit dip recipes out there have tons of sugar. This creamy peanut butter dip is packed with protein and has no extra sugar! It’s totally guilt free and kids go crazy over it. We love dipping apples and pretzels in this.
This dip keeps for several days in the fridge. It’s perfect for a quick snack or as a fun addition to a packed lunch. My raspberry fruit dip recipe is still one of my favorites, but when I want something a bit healthier this peanut butter dip is a much better choice.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a blender (I love my Blendtec for this and you can get a great deal on refurbished ones here) and blend until everything is well-combined. You may need to scrape the sides of your blender a few times because the peanut butter is sticky.
Put it in the fridge for a few hours to let the flavors combine if you can. Serve with sliced fruit, crackers, pretzels, and anything else that sounds good!
