Easy Spider Sandwiches
So many Halloween treats are filled with sugar. I love when I find something my kids enjoy that I also feel good about serving them. These Easy Spider Sandwiches look super festive and kids love them. These are the perfect food for a Halloween party or just a really fun school lunch!

My kids love when I can find any way to make our meals more festive, no matter what time of year it is. I’m not a fan of gory Halloween food … my food needs to look appetizing … but I love these cute spider sandwiches. They are so easy to throw together and work just as well in a festive school lunch as they do at a Halloween party for kids.
You could change up the ingredients inside the sandwich to fit your kids’ preferences. Honestly, though, you really can’t go wrong with peanut butter and jelly 9 times out of 10. If your school is peanut-free, I’d recommend this sunflower butter as a great alternative.
My kids love to get involved in the kitchen so I’m always looking for ways to get them cooking. If your kids are new to cooking, this is a great introductory recipe (If you want more ideas, check out these recipes your kids can make themselves).
These are perfect for young cooks to try to make themselves. I’m sure these will be making an appearance at my house several times before Halloween.
