Frozen Jello Fluff Salad
This Frozen Jello Fluff Salad is a kid-friendly treat that is perfect for summer. This frozen dessert has such a fun texture and is super easy to make. This is one of my kids’ favorite summer treats!

My college roommates and I did a lot of cooking and baking in our free time. I’m amazed that the freshman 15 didn’t turn into the freshman 50. Can I have that metabolism back? There were a few recipes we made over and over again and this frozen jello fluff salad was one of them. It was a pretty fair bet that at any given time there was a tray of this in our freezer. Whoever ate the last piece had to make more.
I hadn’t made this dessert recipe in years but when I found the recipe crumpled up in my recipe binder I knew I’d have to make it for my kids. They were fascinated by the idea of frozen jello and impatiently waited for it to freeze enough to eat.
The final verdict? They LOVED it. My soon to be 8 year old is now asking this to be his “birthday cake” this year.

Frozen Jello Salad Ingredients
- 1 box jello (any flavor)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 6-8 graham crackers
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation

Put your can of evaporated milk in the freezer about an hour before you want to make this.
This recipe starts with a basic graham cracker crust. Crush your graham crackers and slowly mix in the softened butter by hand. I usually add some sugar to my graham cracker crusts but this recipe is so sweet that you really don’t need any extra. Press your graham cracker crust into the bottom of a 9×13 pan.
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add in your box of jello.
Add 1 cup of sugar to your jello mixture and stir to dissolve.
Remove your evaporated milk from the freezer and whip it in a stand mixer until it is nice and fluffy.
Gently stir your jello mixture into your evaporated milk.
Pour the filling onto your graham cracker crust and freeze.
I like this after it has been in the freezer for about an hour. If you want it firmer, leave it in a bit longer.
Enjoy!
