Get on Track with this Printable Weekly Menu Planner
When things start getting crazy around my house and I want to get back on track, the first thing I look at is my menu plan.
Chances are, when things are feeling hectic, I’ve been slacking off when it comes to menu planning.
Meal planning is the first thing to go out the window when I get busy, which is ironic considering it’s usually the best thing to give our schedule some sort of order.

With a new school year starting up, it’s the perfect time to get back into the habit of meal planning and we have an awesome printable for you to really simplify the job.
I love our weekly menu plan and grocery list that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks (you can download it here). It covers everything but sometimes it is a bit much to plan out every meal, especially if you have kids in school and don’t need to plan much more than dinner.
This weekly menu plan just covers dinners but it gives you nice, wide spaces to fill in and really just keeps things simple.
Sometimes we really need simple.Â
I put mine in a basic frame (this one would work too) so I can use a dry erase marker to write on it.
If you want to save your weekly menus, just print one up for each week and save the menus you really love in a binder. That makes it easy to pull one out on those weeks that you just don’t have time to plan a menu.
