How to Prevent Diaper Rash During Summer

Give your baby frequent breaks from the heat. There are so many amazing things to do outside during the summer but it is important to remember that your baby needs time to cool off. Little bodies get overheated faster than we do and sometimes they just need a chance to get out of the heat.
Change diapers frequently when in the heat. Sitting in a humid diaper in the heat is just a diaper rash waiting to happen. Change your baby’s diaper more frequently
Let your baby “air out” with each diaper change. Whenever possible, give your baby a few minutes to air out before putting on a clean diaper at each diaper change. I found that letting my baby air dry completely after using a baby wipe on her and then applying a thin layer of Triple Paste made a huge difference in preventing diaper rashes during the summer.
