Super Simple Raspberry Fruit Dip Recipe
My kids are crazy about fruit so whenever we have a party or other special event, that’s the first thing they ask me to serve.
Since dip just makes everything taste better, we always try and make some sort of fruit dip to go along with it when we have a crowd to feed.
This super simple raspberry fruit dip is a huge hit with my kids and can be made in under 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- Cream cheese, 8 oz.
- Marshmallow creme, 7 oz.
- 1/8 cup of frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1/4 cup of Raspberries
Preparation
Soften cream cheese for 15 seconds in the microwave. You just want this soft enough that you can work with it.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and marshmallow creme until the two blend together well. This will be very sticky at first but after a few minutes it starts to come together and it will be nice and creamy.
Add the lemonade concentrate (or any fruit juice) to the mixture. I added mine thawed but you could throw it in frozen and it would do just fine.
Throw in the raspberries and stir together until they break apart and are mixed well. If your raspberries don’t break apart with a spoon, grab a potato masher to do the job.
Serve with a variety of cut fruit.
We realized as we were eating this that it would actually make pretty tasty cupcake frosting too and is probably slightly lower in fat than the cream cheese frosting recipe I use with butter in it.
