Toilet Paper Snowman

When having guests over, the first thing I usually check is whether my bathroom is stocked with toilet paper. We can’t have anyone stuck in an awkward position. The problem is, with 8 people living in my house, a roll doesn’t last very long so I like to have several spare toilet paper rolls somewhere visible in my bathroom so guests can find them. That doesn’t look very pretty though. We thought we’d jazz things up a bit with this cute and seasonal toilet paper snowman. My kids think it is so fun (My daughter actually asked me if she could keep it. I think she thought I was trying to make her a toy).

It doesn’t take much to make this little guy.

You can get creative with your decorations but all we used was:

• 3 rolls of Charmin® Bath Tissue (We used the Mega roll because they were bigger)
• A piece of ribbon
• 2 twigs we found in our yard
• A miniature top hat (This was actually a clearance holiday ornament that I just cut the top off.
• Orange and black construction paper to cut into a nose, eyes, and buttons

Once you have your supplies, just stack the three rolls of bath tissue on top of each other. Top your stack with your little hat (or whatever else you’d like to use). Glue a piece of ribbon around the neck as a scarf. I just used a tiny amount of glue to hold it in place.

Cut your construction paper into a little carrot nose and several small circles you can use as eyes and buttons. I put a tiny dab of glue on each of those and put them in place. It doesn’t take much glue to hold these and all the toilet paper underneath will still be usable. I thought about using a marker for some of this but I didn’t want it bleeding through to the other layers.

Lift the top roll of toilet paper up and tuck your twigs under it. I didn’t do anything else to hold these in place and it worked pefectly.

That’s it! You have a cute little toilet paper snowman that is perfect for keeping extra rolls of toilet paper on hand for guests.
