Free Digital Invitations for Busy Moms Planning Holiday Parties
Thanks to Punchbowl.com for sponsoring this post.
Are you planning a holiday party this year?
It’s so fun to get together with family and friends but it can definitely be challenging putting everything together.

The last time I threw a party I needed a week to recover, so I definitely get that the process can be a bit overwhelming.
I may not be able to show up and help you clean your house or plan your menu for you (although wouldn’t that be nice?), but I do have a fantastic tip to help you simplify the invitations.
Have you heard of Punchbowl?
Punchbowl is the gold standard in online invitations and they just unveiled a state-of-the-art iOS App for iPhone and iPad to make things even easier.
The app is free to use (although you can sign up for a paid account to get access to special designs and features), and it makes party invitations so simple.
I don’t know about you, but I can use a bit of ‘simple’ this time of year.
Sure, you could look up a homemade party invitation design on Pinterest, go to the store to buy the supplies to make it, and spend hours and hours trying to create something that looks like of similar.
. . . or you could spend 5 minutes choosing a super cute design on Punchbowl and have invitations out right away so you can move onto all the other tasks on your to-do list.
I vote for option #2.

Ready to simplify your holiday parties?
My husband and I used to throw holiday parties every year and I totally stopped a few years ago because the process just got so overwhelming. After browsing through all of the cute invitation designs on Punchbowl, I’m rethinking my decision to stop.
In just a few minutes, you can have a super cute invitation mailed out to everyone on your list. Make things really easy and turn the party into a pot luck. It will be fun seeing what dishes everyone comes up with and will save you the hassle (and expense) of putting together all the food.
#ChooseDigital to save the Earth
Punchbowl is not only super simple to use, it’s also good for the environment. Did you know that every year, 1.6 Billion paper invitations & cards are produced, sent, and discarded during the holiday season?
That’s A LOT of paper.
When you #ChooseDigital with Punchbowl, not only do you simplify your life, you also save paper.
Punchbowl will even take things a step further. You can use Punchbowl for free but their paid version is awesome (Paid memberships unlock additional special designs and features in the app).
For every paid Punchbowl membership, they will donate $1 to go towards reducing wasteful paper production. They will also make an additional donation when holiday party hosts choose specially-marked holiday invitation designs.

The hardest thing about organizing a holiday event is the organization part. I have a hard time thinking through how to make things come together.
Forgetting to make me happy when I am trying to make everyone else happy.
The hardest part for me is deciding what food to serve!
Making sure to have enough food and beverages for everyone who comes over.
my biggest challenge is cleaning. i have 3 kids who live here and i hdo childcare, so i need to make the time but if i clean too far ahead it gets undone
cleaning the house before the party
My biggest challenge is organizing the party — I’m not too good at this.
My biggest challenge is making sure that I have a wide variety of foods to choose from so everyone can find something they like to eat.
