How to print a full page that will fit into an A5 Planner size

If you like to keep everything in one place, I LOVE my Erin Condren planners. They are perfect for keeping track of everyday tasks or things that come around once a year … like sending out Christmas cards.

You could fit this into an A5 planner using the instructions below:

Open your document in your preferred program.
Set the page size to A5 (5.83 x 8.27 inches).
When you’re ready to print, select the ‘Scale to Fit’ option in the print settings.
This option might be labeled slightly differently depending on your software, such as “Fit to Page” or “Scale” (set to around 70%).
Center the document on the page to keep it positioned well within the 8.5 x 11 area.
Print the document, and it will automatically scale down while keeping the A5 proportions intact.
