Coconut Mint Fudge

This Coconut Mint Fudge is divine and it looks so amazing, no one will guess how easy it is to make.
I love making treats during the holidays but I have absolutely no willpower so I have to share them or I will eat them all myself.
Fudge is right at the top of my list when it comes to holiday weaknesses. My kids love making homemade fudge and this Coconut Mint Fudge is so easy to make that you can have your kids help you every step of the way. Older kids could make this completely on their own.
With only 3 ingredients, this homemade fudge recipe is a great way to simplify your holiday baking and you’ll have some amazing treats to share with friends and family.
Ingredients
- 1 Bag Andes Mints Baking Pieces
- 1/2 Cup Coconut
- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 ounces)
Directions
Place milk and chocolate pieces in a sauce pan and heat until it reaches 245 degrees (firm ball stage).
Continuously stir during this time and keep on medium heat at most.
Once heated to appropriate temperature, remove from heat and add coconut.
Mix well.
Line an 8×8 baking dish with wax paper that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
Pour chocolate mixture into dish and spread even if need be.
Sprinkle with additional coconut if you want to make it look extra pretty.
Place in fridge for around 2 hours or until hardened.
Cut into squares and serve.
