Triple Berry Baked Oatmeal
There’s no better way to start the day than with this Triple Berry Baked Oatmeal recipe! This baked oatmeal can be made the night before so it is ready to go for a quick and healthy breakfast.

Baked oatmeal is one of my favorite quick breakfast recipes. Most mornings don’t leave a lot of time to cook a hot breakfast but I hate to send my kids off with nothing but cereal to tide them over because I know that they will be hungry again within an hour.
Throwing together a healthy baked oatmeal the night before is super easy and it can be reheated the next morning for a very filling and nutritious breakfast. This recipe is so easy to adjust based on the ingredients you have on hand or your family’s taste preferences. I’ve thrown all kinds of things into these and never had it go to waste.
While my daughter would prefer that I never add anything into my baked oatmeal but chocolate chips, this Triple Berry Baked Oatmeal is my favorite flavor combination.

You can eat this as a bar on the go or heat it up and pour some milk over the top to make a great hot and creamy breakfast option.
This recipe can even be frozen if you want to get ahead of the game for the school year. Cut into single portion sizes before freezing to make it easy to grab exactly what you need. Microwave from frozen or let it thaw overnight.
This is such a fantastic breakfast option as kids head back to school. Make things easy on yourself by having this ready to go ahead of time.
