Brown Sugar Cookie Bars
Brown Sugar Cookie Bars are the ultimate crowd-pleasing treat. These cookie bars are always a hit at summer barbeques and potlucks. If you are looking for the perfect cookie bar, these are the way to go.
Cookie bars are always a favorite at my house. They are so easy to throw together and they are perfect if you have to bring a treat to a summer potluck or need something sweet to make for a neighbor.
I CAN NOT have these in the house or I will eat the entire pan.
It’s a problem.
If you have better self-control than I do (or just need something to splurge on) these are the way to go, though. These have all the flavor you love from chocolate chip cookies in a delicious cookie bar.
My kids have always loved to cook and one of the first types of recipes I start them on is cookie bars. These are so easy to make so they are the perfect introduction to baking for kids. With summer just around the corner, we will be planning some time in the kitchen with the kids and this Brown Sugar Cookie Bar recipe is definitely going to be on the list!
